How a factory repair goes
The same four steps for a pump shipped last year and one shipped in 1985.
Send the serial number
Tell us the number on the nameplate and what the equipment is doing. We pull the build record the same day.
Teardown and fixed quote
We strip and measure the unit within three working days of receipt and quote the repair before any work starts.
Rebuild to original specification
Worn parts are replaced from stock with parts made to the original drawing. Casings are re-machined where needed.
Test, certify, ship
Every repaired pump is performance-tested and leaves with a new signed certificate and a 12-month warranty.
Parts for anything we have built
Stocked parts ship within 48 hours. Give us the serial number from the nameplate and we will confirm the exact kit, even for equipment from the 1980s.

Do you repair equipment from other manufacturers?
No. We repair Halvorsen pumps, valves and control packages only. That is why we can hold the drawings and the parts for every one of them.
How old is too old?
We have not found the limit yet. The oldest pump rebuilt in 2025 was an HC shipped in 1971.
Can a technician come this week?
Contract customers get a technician on site within 48 hours. Without a contract we book the first open date, typically within ten working days.
What does a service contract include?
Scheduled inspections, a stocked spares cabinet at your site, vibration trending and the 24/7 emergency line. It is priced per installed unit.
